We are running advocates for getting more people into Fell and trail running to truly experience the freedom of what the wilderness & nature provides, as physical fitness & mental wellbeing go hand in hand.

GUIDED TRAIL RUNS

GUIDED TRAIL RUNS

We  offer  guided trail runs throughout the Cotswold's. I plan the routes, so you don't have to. All of the runs are social, inclusive, supportive and suitable for all runners. Whether you are on your own or coming with friends, you will be in good company.

FACE TO FACE COACHING

We offer running-based personal training sessions tailored to meet your requirements. These are open to all runners, regardless of whether you are one of our bespoke coaching clients or not.

THE COTSWOLD TRAIL RUNNERS CLUB

We host a friendly and sociable  Trail run club around the Cotswold hills. We do Hill speed sessions in the winter and Off Road Trail Tempo Runs in British Summer time and Long Off Road Runs too!
